Hi, thanks for your message. I’ve logged out of WordPress and clicked on the “Application Form” without being logged in as the editor; when I do so, it brings up the “you have chosen to open” dialogue box that asks if I want to open it with Microsoft Word and from there I am able to open the form without issue. Would you mind trying again using a different browser? Sometimes that can make a difference in these sitiations.
